The MIECHS was registered with Circle Registrar Co-operative ICT Islamabad on 29 July 1984 vide Registration No 184 under the Cooperative Societies Act 1925. (Notification No.1782-87/CRI/E, dated 30th July 1984).
NOC (No Objection Certificate)
The No Objection Certificate (NOC) was issued on 7th October 2010 vide letter no. CDA/PLW-HS (90).
LOP (Layout Plan)
The Layout Plan was approved by CDA on 23rd May 2005 vide letter no. CDA/PLW-UP (157)05/1859.
The By-Laws of the Society were approved by the Circle Registrar Cooperative Societies Islamabad vide Letter No. /CR/ICT/B/184 23 November 2005.
Annual General Meeting

The Managing Committee
The MC is elected for three years in general society elections. The current Managing committee formed on 6th March 2018 vide Notification No. 740/CR/ICT/B .

The day to day working of the Society is governed by the Society by-laws, managed and controlled by the Management Committee elected by all members of the society in general society elections. The Elected MC further constitutes sub-committees for the distribution of work load. The sub-committees comprises of elected executive members and external professionals as empowered by the By-Laws of the Society.
