History

Sector G-16 Islamabad, which is under Ministry of Interior Employees Cooperative Housing Scheme (MIECHS), is one of the best locations for investment and residence due to its excellent location on Kashmir Highway. The MIECHS was established in 29th July 1984 Registered with Cooperative Societies Department ICT Islamabad.

The Ministry of Interior Employees Cooperative Housing Society (MIECHS) was registered on 29th July 1984 against Registration No 184 (Notification No.1782-87/CRI/E, dated 30th July 1984) of the Cooperative Societies Act 1925 with the objective to layout, establish and maintain a residential project with in the area of Islamabad for Employees of Federal Ministry of Interior. Society Head Office is located at Sector G-16/4 Islamabad. The No Objection Certificate (NOC) was issued on 7th October 2010 vide letter no. CDA/PLW-HS (90).The Layout Plan was approved by CDA on 23rd May 2005 vide letter no. CDA/PLW-UP (157)05/1859.
